PURPOSE

This Independent Contractor Onboarding Agreement ("Agreement") establishes the terms under which the Contractor (Sales Representative) is authorized to represent Applanta Solutions in the field. This Agreement works in conjunction with the Sales Representative Commission Agreement and the Non-Disclosure Agreement, all of which must be signed prior to beginning any sales activities on behalf of Applanta.

1. AUTHORIZATION TO REPRESENT

1.1 The Company hereby authorizes the Contractor to represent Applanta Solutions and present its services to prospective clients beginning on the effective date of this Agreement.

1.2 The Contractor shall at all times conduct themselves in a professional manner befitting the Applanta brand and reputation.

1.3 This authorization is non-transferable and may be revoked at any time by the Company.

2. ONBOARDING CHECKLIST

2.1 The following must be completed before the Contractor begins representing Applanta (check when complete):

Sales Representative Commission Agreement (25% or 40%) — signed and dated
Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) — signed and dated
This Independent Contractor Onboarding Agreement — signed and dated
W-9 Form — completed before first commission payment
ASET account set up with representative name and 4-digit PIN
Prompter account created (Firebase email/password — provided by Owner)
DASH dashboard access granted with team password
Legal name entered in DASH for payroll and 1099 records
Payment method selected (Zelle / CashApp / Venmo / PayPal / Stripe)
Training app completed (applanta-training.web.app)
ASET Quiz passed with 80% or higher score
Prompter walkthrough completed — queue import, session filter, call log reviewed
Shadow 2–3 client visits with senior rep before selling independently

3. TOOLS & SYSTEMS

3.1 The Contractor shall be provided access to the Company's proprietary tools:

3.2 All sales activities must be conducted through approved Company tools only. The Contractor acknowledges that ASET, DASH, and Prompter are proprietary software owned exclusively by Applanta Solutions and agrees not to share, reproduce, or attempt to replicate these tools in any form.

5. RUSH SERVICE POLICY

5.1 When a client requests 24–48 hour delivery instead of the standard 3–7 business day timeline, the Contractor may add the Rush Service fee of $150 to the build total.

5.2 The Rush Service toggle appears on the Price tab in ASET AFTER the client has selected their plan. It is a standalone add-on and should only be activated if the client specifically requests expedited delivery.

5.3 Rush Service may also be added post-sale via the DASH dashboard if the client requests expedited delivery after the initial quote.

7.1 The Contractor may not create social media content, advertisements, or marketing materials representing Applanta without prior written approval from the Owner.

7.2 Any approved social media posts must accurately represent the Company's services and pricing.
