Congratulations! Your custom Applanta PWA is built, tested, and ready to use. This document contains everything you need to install, share, and manage your new app.
1. HOW TO INSTALL YOUR APP
On iPhone/iPad (Safari):
- Open the app URL in Safari
- Tap the Share button (square with arrow)
- Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen"
- Tap "Add" — app icon now appears on home screen
On Android (Chrome):
- Open the app URL in Chrome
- Tap the three-dot menu
- Tap "Install app" or "Add to Home Screen"
- Confirm — app is now installed
2. SHARING YOUR APP WITH CUSTOMERS
Your app URL is the only thing you need to share. Customers tap the link, and the app opens instantly in their browser — no App Store download required.
Recommended sharing channels:
- Text the link to your customer list
- Post the link on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Print a QR code on your business cards, flyers, and receipts
- Add the link to your Google Business Profile
- Include the link in your email signature
3. WHAT'S INCLUDED IN YOUR APP

4. MONTHLY HOSTING & MAINTENANCE
4.1 Your monthly fee covers: hosting, SSL security, bug fixes, uptime monitoring, and minor content updates (hours, menu items, contact info).
4.2 Monthly fee begins on the launch date above and is billed on the 1st of each month.
4.3 You'll receive a Stripe payment link via email each month.
4.4 5-day grace period. $10 late fee after 5 days. Hosting may be suspended after 30 days overdue.
5. SUPPORT & UPDATES
5.1 Support email: bookings@applanta.app
5.2 Support hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
5.3 Response time: Within 24 hours on business days
5.4 Minor content updates (hours, prices, menu items) included in your monthly fee.
5.5 Major feature additions or redesigns will be quoted separately.
6. PROMOTING YOUR APP
First 30 days — launch strategy:
- Announce the launch on all your social media channels
- Send a launch email/text to your existing customer list
- Offer a "first-time user" discount to drive initial installs
- Train your staff to mention the app to every customer
- Print QR codes and place them at your register, tables, or waiting area
- Post a short video of the app in action
7. WHAT'S NEXT
7.1 Use the app with your first 10 customers and gather feedback.
7.2 Email us any content changes you'd like (updated hours, new menu items, etc.).
7.3 If you want to add new features (booking, Stripe payments, loyalty, etc.), reply to this email and we'll send you a quote for the upgrade.
7.4 Leave us a review — your testimonial helps other business owners find us.
