Payment Flow: 50% deposit collected via Stripe in ASET (client signs digital pad → rep taps tier button → Stripe opens on REP'S device → rep hands device to client to enter card → receipt auto-emails client). 50% balance on delivery approval. Advanced+ tier requires Google/Firebase Analytics setup.

ALPHA Recurring Commission: All reps earn 20% monthly recurring on ALPHA subscriptions they sign up (Pro $29/mo = $5.80/mo | Agency $69/mo = $13.80/mo). Paid monthly while client stays subscribed.
Commission is calculated from CONFIRMED Stripe payment records. DASH → Payments → ✅ Confirm required before commission is payable. Rates adjustable at Company discretion with written notice.

4. PAY SCHEDULE
Work Week: Monday–Sunday (cutoff Sunday 11:59 PM)
Payday: Every Friday for confirmed sales from previous week
Condition: Commission paid ONLY after JR confirms payment in DASH → Payments → ✅ Confirm (verifying cleared in Stripe Dashboard)
No commission on: Cancelled, refunded, disputed transactions, unlogged sales, or unconfirmed payment records
5. FRIDAY PAYDAY ROUTINE
- Open DASH → Payments → verify all deposits/balances show ✅ Confirmed (tap Confirm on any Pending rows after checking dashboard.stripe.com)
- Open DASH → Payroll → amounts shown are based on confirmed payments × rep rate
- Send payment via rep's preferred method (Zelle / CashApp / Venmo / PayPal)
- Tap "Pay" in DASH Payroll to log the payment to payroll history + 1099 tracker
- 1099 annual tracker updates automatically in DASH
- ALPHA recurring commissions: reconcile monthly — check ALPHA signups logged in ASET

Applanta operates a full suite of proprietary tools. All are owner-built, Firebase-backed, and deployed on Google infrastructure. None are to be shared, replicated, or demonstrated to clients without authorization.

8. GOAT ENGINE — OPERATIONS
What it is: GOAT (owner-side, DASH only) pulls business prospect data from Firebase (goatLogs node) and displays it in the Lead Tracker with precision filtering. GOAT leads never count toward rep commission — they are owner-sourced prospects.
How to use GOAT:
- Log into DASH as owner → Lead Tracker → tap 🎛 Filters
- Filter by State (all 50 states), Industry (11 main categories), Sub-Category (e.g. Construction → Roofing), and/or ZIP Code
- Example: find all barbershops in Atlanta GA → Industry: Beauty & Wellness, Sub: Barbershop, State: GA, Search: "Atlanta"
- Tap any lead to view full contact card: phone (tap to call), SMS, email
- Tap ↻ Refresh on Overview panel to re-sync from Firebase
Adding prospects to GOAT: Push records directly to Firebase → goatLogs node. Fields: businessName, phone, city, state, zip, industry, email. DASH normalizes all field name variations automatically.
GOAT data is owner-only. Team reps cannot see GOAT leads or the filter panel in their DASH view.
9. PROMPTER — OPERATIONS
What it is: Prompter (applanta.app/prompter.html) is a silent sales intelligence weapon. Reps open it on their phone during cold calls. It provides real-time scripts, objection rebuttals, FOMO talking points, feature menus, and a call timer.
Rep access: Firebase email/password login — create accounts in Firebase Console → applanta-ed830 → Authentication. Give each rep their own email/password. Do NOT share the DASH owner password.
Lead Queue system:
- Tap 📥 Import → Load from GOAT (pulls from Firebase goatLogs) OR paste a CSV list (Name, City, State, Industry, Phone)
- Tap 🎯 Filter to narrow the queue by industry and city in real-time — pivot to what's working without re-importing
- Tap ⚡ Load Next Lead to auto-fill the call form with the next unworked lead
- After logging a call (YES / F-U / NO), that lead is auto-marked as Completed and removed from the active queue
- Completed Calls tally shows daily progress
Call log: All calls saved to Firestore (prompter_calls collection). Owner can view analytics (all reps, all calls) by logging in as dev@applanta.app.
Script sections: Opening → Discovery → Pitch → Price → Close → Rebuttals → RAPID FOMO → Consult Prep → Consult Close → Feature Menu. All auto-customize to the selected industry.
10. SPIM — OPERATIONS
What it is: SPIM (Social Platform & Influence Marketing) is Applanta's social media content creation tool integrated into DASH. Used for scripting ads, creating social content, and managing marketing campaigns.
Access: DASH → Social Media Ads section (owner-only). Contains content scripts, post templates, ad copy, and campaign planning tools.
Usage guidelines:
- All public-facing content must be reviewed by owner before publishing
- Never promise specific ROI numbers in ads without compliance review
- Keep pricing references current — update after any price structure changes
- Reps may not create Applanta-branded social content without written approval
11. CLIENT MANAGEMENT
Paperwork per client (required in this order):
- Client Service Agreement — signed before build begins
- Invoice (APL-XXXX) — generated in DASH → Invoices with download/email/copy buttons
- Stripe receipt — auto-sent on deposit and balance payment
- Build brief — generated and emailed from ASET to dev@applanta.app
- Welcome email — sent from DASH → Settings template
- Client Status Portal — generated from DASH → Onboarding, published to client link
- App Delivery & Handoff Document — signed on delivery day
Monthly billing:
- 1st of each month: send Stripe payment links to all active monthly clients
- 5-day grace period after due date, then $10 late fee applies
- 30+ days overdue: may suspend hosting with 48hr written notice
- DASH Overview → Billing Alerts shows overdue clients automatically
12. HIRING & ONBOARDING REPS
Required paperwork (complete in this order — all before first sale):
- Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) — MUST be signed before any tool access
- Sales Rep Commission Agreement — 25% standard (40% for Lead Rep)
- Independent Contractor Onboarding Agreement
- W-9 Form — must be on file before first commission payment (download from irs.gov)
System setup steps:
- Create ASET rep login (rep's name + 4-digit PIN)
- Create Prompter Firebase account (email/password via Firebase Console)
- Provide DASH team password (applanta.team)
- Rep enters legal name in DASH → Team page for payroll/1099 records
- Rep selects payment method (Zelle / CashApp / Venmo / PayPal / Stripe)
- Rep completes Training app (applanta-training.web.app)
- Rep passes ASET Quiz with 80%+ score
- Rep shadows senior rep on first 2–3 field visits before selling independently
- Brief rep on Prompter: how to import a queue, use session filters, log calls
13. TAX & LEGAL COMPLIANCE
Quarterly estimated taxes: April 15, June 16, September 15, January 15. Set aside ~30% of net profit each quarter.
1099-NEC forms: File by January 31 for any contractor paid $600+ in the calendar year. W-9 must be on file.
All reps are 1099 independent contractors. Applanta withholds no taxes.
SSNs / EINs: Never stored in apps. W-9s collected on paper or secure digital form, stored in Google Drive only.
Annual: Renew Georgia LLC registration (Georgia Secretary of State).

DASH Document Vault: All client-facing agreements are also accessible from DASH → Owner login → Document Vault (owner-only). Live HTML versions with e-signature support.
15. EMERGENCY PROCEDURES
DASH or Prompter goes down: Check Firebase Console → applanta-ed830 → Hosting. Re-authenticate with firebase login --reauth then redeploy with firebase deploy --only hosting from the applanta-dash folder.
Client dispute on Stripe: Do not refund without full review. Provide Stripe receipt + signed Client Service Agreement as chargeback evidence.
Rep goes rogue / terminated: Block immediately in DASH → Settings → Blocked Reps. Reset their ASET PIN. Remove their Prompter Firebase account in Firebase Console → Authentication. NDA and non-solicitation clause remain in effect for 12 months.
GOAT data missing: Check Firebase Console → applanta-ed830 → Realtime Database → goatLogs. If empty, re-import from your prospecting source.
Lost files: Master copies always in Google Drive (dev@applanta.app). DASH/Prompter/ASET source files are your lifeline — keep them current after every deploy.
