📖 How to read Profit column: First number = your profit if Father sold it. Second number = your profit if another rep sold it. Example: Standard App $500 → Father sells it, he earns $200 (40%), you keep $300. Another rep sells it, they earn $125 (25%), you keep $375.
💡 Remember: Monthly hosting ($15-$69/mo per client) is pure profit — no rep commission on recurring fees. That is your growing passive income. Set aside 30% of your profit for quarterly taxes.
💵 Your Friday Payday Routine
Pay Week: Monday through Sunday. Any deal a rep closes and collects a deposit on during that window is eligible for that week's pay. Cutoff is Sunday 11:59 PM. Payday is every Friday for the previous Monday–Sunday period.
Step 1Open DASH → Payroll. Look at "Rep Payroll This Week" — it shows who is owed and how much.
Step 2Open dashboard.stripe.com and confirm those client deposits actually cleared to your bank account. Stripe takes about 2 business days.
Step 3For each rep owed: open your payment app (Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, PayPal, or Stripe Instant Payout — whatever they set up in their payment info below).
Step 4Send the exact amount shown to the rep's saved payment handle.
Step 5Come back here and tap the Pay button next to their name. This logs the payment with the date, amount, and rep — it feeds into the 1099 tracker automatically.
Step 6Done. Repeat every Friday. If a Stripe charge gets refunded or disputed, do NOT pay commission on it. If you already paid the rep, deduct it from their next paycheck.
Tell your reps: "Work week is Monday through Sunday. Payday is every Friday for the previous week's sales. Deposits must clear Stripe before commission is paid. If a deal closes late Sunday, your commission hits the following Friday."

📄 W-9 Required Before First Payment
Before you pay any rep for the first time, they must fill out an IRS Form W-9 with their legal name, address, and SSN. Keep the completed form in your Google Drive (Applanta Business > Contracts). Do NOT store SSNs in this app.

One chat per client. Never mix clients. Paste the brief, then add: primary color, secondary color, tone (modern/warm/bold), logo description, any extras.

Type: "Build this app" — then walk away
Claude builds it. Build time depends on complexity — Basic 1-3 days, Standard 2-4 days, Advanced 4-7 days, Premium up to 7 days. Pricing is based on Pro feature complexity, not total feature count. Multiple builds can run simultaneously in separate chats.

Step 2.2: Collect $100 consultation fee via ASET Payment tab (non-refundable, credited toward build).
Step 2.3: Go to ASET Features tab — auto-loads recommended features for their business type. Walk through each one with the client.
Step 2.4: Go to ASET Price tab — price auto-calculates. Present all 3 options: Own-It, Starter Monthly, Pro Monthly.
Step 2.5: Client selects their plan. Go to ASET Quote tab — send quote via text or email in English or Spanish.
Step 2.6: If objections come up → ASET Scripts tab has every response in EN/ES. Read it out loud.
📄 Paperwork: The emailed/texted quote serves as a written record of what was agreed. Save this. The $100 consultation receipt auto-sends via Stripe to their email/phone.

PHASE 3 — Close the Deal & Collect Deposit
Step 3.1: Client agrees to move forward. Collect 50% deposit immediately via ASET Payment tab.
Step 3.2: Stripe auto-sends receipt to client via SMS + email. This is their proof of payment.
Step 3.3: Tap "Save & Sync Lead" in ASET. This fires the build brief to dev@applanta.app AND syncs to DASH.
Step 3.4: Go to DASH → Invoices → Create invoice. Enter client name, email, plan, deposit amount (50%), and balance (50%). Invoice auto-numbers APL-0001+.
Step 3.5: In the invoice, tap "Mark Paid" on the deposit row once Stripe confirms.
Step 3.6: Go to DASH → Onboarding → Start New Client Onboarding. Enter business name, owner, plan, and rep.
Step 3.7: Send Welcome Email — go to DASH → Settings → copy Welcome Email template. Paste into Gmail. Fill in client name and timeline. Send from dev@applanta.app.
📄 Paperwork: Invoice created in DASH (APL-XXXX). Stripe receipt auto-sent to client. Build brief emailed to you. Welcome email sent to client. Save all of these — the invoice + Stripe receipt + welcome email form your paper trail for this client.

PHASE 4 — Build the App
Step 4.1: Contact client for assets — logo file, brand colors (hex codes preferred), photos, content (menu, services, hours, address, social links).
Step 4.2: Check build brief in your email (dev@applanta.app) or in DASH → Project Briefs.
Step 4.3: Determine build platform — Standard builds (Basic/Standard/Advanced): open new Claude Chat at claude.ai, paste build brief, build. Premium (5+ features + 4+ complex): use Base44.com.
Step 4.4: Build the app. Typical timeline: 1-3 days Basic, 3-5 days Standard/Advanced, 5-7 days Premium.
Step 4.5: Track progress in DASH → Onboarding checklist. Check off completed steps as you go.
📄 Paperwork: Save all client assets (logo, photos, content) in a dedicated folder per client on your computer. You may also store in DASH → Document Vault. Keep the build brief email for your records.

PHASE 5 — Client Review & Approval
Step 5.1: Upload finished app to Netlify Drop — go to DASH → Settings → Client App Preview Tool → Open Netlify Drop → drag HTML file → copy link.
Step 5.2: Text the Netlify preview link to the client. NEVER send a Claude artifact link — it expires.
Step 5.3: Client reviews. Up to 2 revision rounds included.
Step 5.4: Make revisions in Claude Chat (or Base44 for Premium). Re-upload to Netlify Drop if needed.
Step 5.5: Client gives final approval — get this in writing. A text message saying "looks good, approved" counts. Screenshot and save it.
📄 Paperwork — CRITICAL: Save a screenshot of client's approval message (text, email, or DM). This is your legal proof that the client approved the work before you collect the balance. Store in Document Vault.

PHASE 6 — Collect Balance, Deploy & Go Live
Step 6.1: After client approves → Collect remaining 50% balance via Stripe (ASET Payment tab or Stripe dashboard link).
Step 6.2: Go to DASH → Invoices → tap "Mark Paid" on the balance row. Invoice now shows PAID IN FULL.
Step 6.3: Deploy to permanent hosting — Basic/Standard/Advanced: Cloudflare Pages (pages.cloudflare.com → Create project → Direct Upload → name it → drag HTML → Deploy). Premium: Firebase Hosting.
Step 6.4: Test on both iPhone AND Android. Open the live URL. Tap "Add to Home Screen." Verify all features work.
Step 6.5: Send the live URL to the client with install instructions: "Open this link on your phone → tap Share → Add to Home Screen → Done!"
Step 6.6: Go to DASH → Active Clients → Add the client with app type, tier, price, deadline, status = Delivered.
📄 Paperwork: Invoice marked PAID IN FULL in DASH. Stripe receipt auto-sent for balance payment. Live URL documented in Active Clients. Client has the link.

PHASE 7 — Recurring Billing, Payroll & Legal
Step 7.1: Go to DASH → Client Billing → Add client. Select their monthly plan ($15 hosting, $25 website, $39 starter, $69 pro, $10 AI). Create a Stripe payment link at dashboard.stripe.com and paste it here.
Step 7.2: Set up recurring payment — in Stripe Dashboard, create a recurring Payment Link or Subscription for the client's monthly amount. Send them the link on the 1st of each month OR set up auto-billing.
Step 7.3: Pay rep commission — go to DASH → Payroll. Find the rep. Note amount owed. Send via their payment method (Stripe/Zelle/CashApp/PayPal/Venmo). Tap Pay to log it. Do this every Friday after deposit clears.
Step 7.4: Track the 1099 threshold — if any rep earns $600+ in a calendar year, you must issue them a 1099-NEC form by January 31 of the next year. File with the IRS.
Step 7.5: Set aside 30% of your profit for quarterly taxes — SE tax (15.3%) + federal (~9%) + Georgia state (5.49%). Next quarterly due dates: June 15, September 15, January 15.
Step 7.6: Late fee policy — if a client misses payment by 5 days, add $10 late fee. After 30 days overdue, suspend hosting.
Step 7.7: Go to DASH → Onboarding → mark all 13 steps complete. Client is fully onboarded.

📋 Rep Playbook — Your A-to-Z
Every step you are responsible for, from finding a lead to collecting the deposit. Follow this exactly — every time.
STEP 1 — Find a Lead
Use the Cold Outreach Playbook (📞 in sidebar). Search Google Maps, Yelp, or Instagram for local businesses in your area. Call, walk in, or DM them using the bilingual scripts. Your goal: book 3-5 consultations per day.
STEP 2 — Run the Consultation
Open ASET on your phone. Fill in the Visit tab — business name, owner name, phone, email, business type. Select their industry and ASET auto-loads recommended features. Walk through each feature with the client and explain how it helps their specific business.
STEP 3 — Present the Price
Go to the Price tab — it auto-calculates based on selected features. Show them all 3 options: Own-It (one-time + $15/mo), Starter Monthly ($99 setup + $39/mo), Pro Monthly ($149 setup + $69/mo). Let them choose.
STEP 4 — Send the Quote
Go to Quote tab. Select English or Spanish. Tap "Email Quote" (opens Gmail) or "Text Quote." The client receives a professional written quote with everything they discussed.
STEP 5 — Handle Objections
If the client pushes back — go to the Scripts tab. Find their objection (Too Expensive, Have a Website, Let Me Think, Don't Need App, etc.). Read the response out loud. Toggle to Spanish if needed. Stay calm, stay confident.
STEP 6 — Collect the Deposit
Client says yes? Go to ASET Payment tab immediately. Collect 50% deposit (or consultation fee $100 or setup fee). Stripe auto-sends a receipt to the client. Never let them leave without a deposit.
STEP 7 — Save & Sync
Tap "Save & Sync Lead" in ASET. This does 3 things automatically: saves the lead to your device, syncs it to DASH for JR to see, and emails the build brief to JR so he can start building. You are done. JR handles the rest from here.
STEP 8 — Follow Up
For leads that didn't close today: set a follow-up date in ASET. Strong leads — follow up in 2 days. Medium — 5 days. Weak — 2 weeks. Send a follow-up text using the template in the Cold Outreach Playbook. Log every contact in ASET — unlogged leads = no commission.
STEP 9 — Get Paid 💰
Your commission is 25% of the build fee. It is paid every Friday after the client deposit clears. Go to your Team Dashboard to see your earnings and make sure your payment info is entered so JR can pay you. Commission is only eligible for leads logged in ASET.
⚠️ Remember: You are responsible for Steps 1-8. JR handles everything after that — the build, deployment, client billing, and ongoing support. Your job is to find leads, close deals, collect deposits, and log everything in ASET. The more you log, the more you earn.

REVISIONS:
• Client receives up to 2 rounds of revisions at no additional cost.
• Additional revision rounds are billed at $50 per round.
• Major feature additions after build approval require a new quote.
OWNERSHIP:
• Client owns the app content (text, images, branding).
• Applanta LLC retains ownership of the underlying code and framework.
• Client receives a perpetual license to use the app as long as monthly fees are current.
• If monthly fees are discontinued, Applanta may deactivate hosting after 30 days notice.
CANCELLATION:
• Client may cancel before build begins for a full refund minus any consultation fee.
• Once build has started, all payments are non-refundable.
• Either party may terminate the monthly hosting agreement with 30 days written notice.
LIABILITY:
• Applanta LLC is not responsible for client-provided content, trademarks, or intellectual property.
• Applanta LLC does not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, or customer acquisition.
• Maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client.
