✍️ How to Use Digital Signatures

Open a document — Tap any document card above. It opens in the same browser tab.
Fill in the fields — Tap or click any blue underlined text (like Your Name Here) and type your information. Each field is labeled — name, date, phone, address, etc.
Draw your signature — Scroll to the signature box near the bottom. On phone or tablet: use your finger or stylus to sign. On desktop: hold your mouse button and draw. Sign naturally — it captures exactly what you draw.
Clear & redo — If your signature doesn't look right, tap the "Clear Signature" button under the box and draw again. You can redo it as many times as you want.
Download as PDF — Tap "Download PDF". Your browser opens the print dialog — choose Save as PDF (not a printer). This locks the signature as a permanent PDF.
Download signed copy (HTML) — Tap "Download Signed Copy" to save a self-contained HTML file with your signature baked in as an image. This is the file you'll attach to emails.
Email the signed document — Tap "Email Signed Copy". Two things happen simultaneously: (a) your signed HTML file downloads automatically, and (b) your email app opens a pre-addressed draft to Applanta. Attach the downloaded file from your Downloads folder and hit Send.

⚠️ Signature Troubleshooting

Signature box is blank / won't draw — Your screen may have loaded before the box sized correctly. Try scrolling up then back down, or zoom out slightly in your browser. Tap/click inside the box first to activate it, then draw.
Signature disappeared after rotating phone — This can happen if the page resizes while signing. Clear and re-sign. The fix is already in place — signatures now survive rotation and resize without clearing.
"Email Signed" sends but no attachment — The file downloads to your Downloads folder at the same moment the email opens. Attach it manually — tap the paperclip in your email, navigate to Downloads, select the [DocName]_Signed.html file.
Print dialog doesn't show PDF option — In Chrome: look for "Destination" → "Save as PDF". In Safari: bottom-left dropdown. In Firefox: "Microsoft Print to PDF" or "Save to PDF".
Fields won't type on iPhone — Tap once to focus, then tap again if the keyboard doesn't appear. Some fields auto-capitalize — that's normal.
Nothing happens when I tap "Download Signed Copy" — Make sure pop-ups are allowed for this site. In Chrome: tap the address bar → lock icon → Site Settings → allow Pop-ups and Redirects.

📋 Hiring a New Rep — The Packet

Send rep Doc 3 (NDA) first — must be signed before any tool access
Send Doc 1 (25%) or Doc 2 (40% for Father) — commission agreement
Send Doc 4 (Onboarding) — authorization, conduct rules, Prompter access
Collect W-9 form before first payment (download from irs.gov)
Create rep's ASET login (name + PIN) and Prompter Firebase account
Brief rep on Prompter: queue import, session filter, call logging
Save all signed PDFs in Google Drive → Contracts & Legal → [Rep Name]

💼 Closing a Client — The Packet

Send client Doc 5 (Service Agreement) after the rep quotes them
Client signs, you countersign, both parties save copies
Collect 50% deposit via Stripe before starting build
On launch day, send client Doc 6 (Delivery Handoff)
File signed copies in Google Drive → Client Apps → [Business Name]
